Why Jrd8?
According to a detailed report by one of the leading associations representing the major rental companies, the value of thefts of agricultural and earth-moving machinery in Europe is €1.5 billion a year.

Jrd8 Modem Specifications – Stand-alone use
The AGPS-GNSS tracker is installed to protect a vehicle. The built-in accelerometer sets off alarms triggered by vibrations and abnormal movements of the machine, and the Jrd8 app notifies users that a theft is in progress.

As well as agricultural vehicles and earth-moving machinery, equipment and materials that are even easier to sell on the black market are a major target for thieves.
To prevent this type of theft, the JCP sensor cable is connected to the tracking device protecting the vehicle and then run through the holes and openings in other machines, equipment, tools and materials. Because the JCP cable is coiled and inserted into the terminal eyelet, it is impossible to steal any protected item without triggering an alarm. The JDR8 utilises the JCP sensor cable along its entire length. There is no need to close it into a loop on the tracking unit board or to use connectors. The cable is protected by a rodent-proof and crush-resistant steel sheath.
Alarm management
Whenever an alarm is triggered by an attempted theft, Jrd8:
sends the user a real-time push notification to be confirmed via the proprietary app. This notification is followed by an e-mail alert.
Sends a map and the coordinates of the location of the theft and tracks its progress via repeated alerts.
